These Terms define how 3DMaker is made available to you to upload 2D images and obtain 3D model outputs.

2. Access to the Service

You may access the Service without creating an account. You warrant that:

• The uploaded images are free of third-party rights or you are authorized to use them.
• You do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. By submitting an image, you grant 3DMaker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the 2D image and the resulting 3D model for the operation of the Service (temporary storage, conversion, delivery). You remain the rights holder and guarantee that using the Service does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images containing illegal, discriminatory, pornographic content, or violating third-party rights.
• Perform actions that disrupt, overload, or misuse the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures.

5. Liability

The Service is provided as is, without any warranty. 3DMaker shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Data Retention

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, uploaded 2D images and generated 3D models are retained for a maximum of 24 hours and then automatically deleted.

7. Changes to Terms

3DMaker reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be published on the website and take effect immediately. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Eurozone (EU).
