Privacy Policy
3DMaker is an online service that converts 2D images into 3D models. Access is anonymous: users can upload an image, generate the 3D version, and download it.

The data controller is 3DMaker, located in the Eurozone. For any question regarding data protection, please contact: privacy@3dmaker.com.
2. Data Collected
3DMaker only collects the minimum data required to operate the service:
- The 2D images you upload (to generate 3D models)
- Technical session data (partial IP address, server logs, browser type)
- Generated 3D outputs (temporary files deleted after processing)
No personal data such as name, email, or account information is required.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Data is used exclusively to:
- Provide the 2D to 3D conversion service
- Ensure the website's security and performance
Legal basis for processing:
- Performance of a service requested by the user (Article 6.1.b GDPR)
- Legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6.1.f GDPR) for security and maintenance
4. Hosting and Storage
Files and technical data are hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in data centers located within the European Union. Uploaded 2D and generated 3D files are temporarily stored (maximum 24 hours) before automatic deletion.
5. Data Sharing
No data is sold or shared with third parties. The only possible data transfers involve technical providers (hosting, monitoring) required for service operation.
6. Data Retention
- Images and 3D models: up to 24 hours
- Technical logs: 30 days
After these periods, all data is automatically deleted.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access your data
- Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict or object to processing
You can exercise your rights by contacting: privacy@3dmaker.com.
8. Security
3DMaker applies technical and organizational measures to protect data (TLS encryption, secure GCP storage, automatic deletion).
9. International Transfers
No data is transferred outside the European Union. If this changes, 3DMaker will implement the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. The most recent version is always available at https://www.3dmaker.com/privacy.
